Workforce Modelling Manager
The Workforce Modelling Manager delivers workforce modelling and capacity planning across the Disclosure and Barring Service, translating demand forecasts into optimised workforce strategies that align resources, skills, and deployment to operational needs. The role is accountable for robust modelling that supports efficient service delivery, identifies capacity risks, informs workforce strategy, and enables evidence-based decisions on resource allocation. Working with operations and senior stakeholders, the postholder drives continuous improvement in modelling approaches, leads compliance with analytical and data standards, and manages a multi-grade team to achieve organisational objectives.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Initial sift takes place week commencing 2 November 2026. Interviews take place week commencing 16 November 2026 via a virtual panel format using MS Teams.
