Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Civil Jobs. By accessing this site, you agree to these terms. Last reviewed: 17 August 2026.

Civil Jobs is operated by the sole trader who operates it. Contact: [email protected].

Civil Jobs is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by HM Government or Civil Service Jobs. We aggregate publicly available job vacancy information. Official applications are completed directly on civilservicejobs.service.gov.uk.

We are not an employer, recruitment agency, or employment business. We do not process job applications, charge fees to jobseekers, or influence hiring decisions. Applying to UK Civil Service roles is always free.

Vacancy listings and summaries are collected and generated automatically by software, including an AI language model, from original adverts. Closing dates, salaries, locations, and post counts are subject to change. The official advert on GOV.UK always takes precedence. You must verify details on the official service before applying.

You may register an account using Google Sign-In if you are 16 or older. You agree not to scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the site, nor use automated tools to abuse the service. Serious security violations or unauthorised access may be reported under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Public vacancy data is Crown copyright and re-used under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Departmental logos and Royal Crests are excluded from this licence and remain the property of their respective owners.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we exclude liability for indirect losses, inaccurate listing data, or missed application deadlines.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
