You will visit care providers to conduct inspections, speak with people who receive care, and work with external partners to drive positive change in adult social care. This field-based role involves leading inspection activities, responding to safety risks, and conducting investigatory or enforcement work when necessary. You will analyse data and evidence from multiple sources to form regulatory judgements and write clear reports on service quality and safety. Collaborating with inspection teams, local authorities, and health services, you will help protect people and improve standards across the South Network.
