Approved Premises Residential Worker - Nottingham
You will work as part of a team providing 24-hour cover, security, and monitoring services at an Approved Premises for people on probation. Your day-to-day work involves supporting residents with their sentence plans, managing risk, conducting building inspections, and monitoring behaviour to keep everyone safe and secure. You will collaborate closely with colleagues, offender managers, and external partner agencies such as the police and health professionals. The role requires substantial out-of-hours work, including waking night duties and weekends, as well as handling medication and administering drug and alcohol tests.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above including English and Maths or equivalent
