Area Property Operations Manager
The Area Property Operations Manager works directly with clients and suppliers to manage hard and soft facilities management services across a regional estate portfolio. Responsibilities include conducting regular site visits, managing contracts and suppliers, overseeing works projects, and ensuring statutory and technical compliance. The postholder collaborates with internal teams and supply chains to drive value for money, resolve issues, and support property operational strategies. This role provides property services within a challenging environment across Ministry of Justice and Home Office locations.

- Experience in commercial, financial, and asset management
- People management including mentoring and motivating
- Managing complex customer relationships and stakeholder liaison
- Managing multi-project programmes of maintenance or capital investment
Qualifications
- Hold or be willing to work towards MIWFM or CIWFM, MRICS or CEng accreditation
- IWFM qualification at Level 3-4 or equivalent experience
- Hold or be willing to work towards NEBOSH National General Certificate
- Completed National Engineering and Construction Contracts Accredited Training
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU and Turkish nationals with the relevant right to work or EUSS status.
