Assistant Head of Commercial, Scrutiny and Data - Defence Nuclear Organisation
You will lead the Scrutiny and Data capability for the Defence Nuclear Enterprise Commercial Portfolio within the Ministry of Defence. Day to day, you will oversee procurements, manage high-value contracts, and develop business cases to support nuclear warhead and submarine development. You will also build data governance tools, provide strategic commercial advice, and lead a small team of commercial professionals. Working closely with delivery partners and senior leaders, you will ensure commercial strategies deliver value and protect the UK's national security capabilities.

- Experience leading and coaching high-performing commercial teams
- Working knowledge of Single Source Contracting Regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 4 CIPS and willingness to achieve MCIPS within 2 years

Selection process
Candidates successful at sift will attend a Virtual commercial Assessment and Development Centre on Monday 2nd November 2026, followed by a final panel interview.
