Associate Commercial Specialist FTNS x 4
This role involves partnering with policy teams to shape and test funding and delivery models, ranging from contracts and grants to equity and loans. You will provide expert commercial advice, lead negotiations, and support the design of commercial strategies to help achieve net zero objectives. Working closely with senior leaders, ministers, and internal stakeholders, you will build strong customer relationships and embed commercial expertise across the full project lifecycle. Additionally, you will help increase the maturity of the commercial team, share knowledge management practices, and support the broader transformation of the commercial function within the department.

Selection process
Assessment centre on 19 November 2026 requiring a full day's attendance, followed by a final panel interview for successful candidates.
