Associate Delivery Manager
You will work as an Associate Delivery Manager within the digital team at the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, helping to turn ideas and plans into working digital services. Day to day, you will coordinate delivery activities, support agile ways of working, and help multidisciplinary teams communicate clearly and overcome challenges. You will work alongside experienced delivery managers, developers, designers, and user researchers while receiving coaching and mentoring to build your career in digital. The role provides an entry route into delivery management, supporting important public services ranging from local authority collaboration to refugee resettlement.

Selection process
Sifting is envisaged to take place the week commencing 12th October 2026. Interviews will be held in November in Manchester and will be in person.
