BI Analyst
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will act as a bridge between internal data, the Debt Team, and the wider organisation to drive evidence-based decision-making. You will clean, model, transform, and analyse data while reviewing collection processes and building dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Power BI. Collaborating with senior management and colleagues, you will present insights using engaging visuals to help shape the future of debt advice. Your work will also involve tracking the progress of implemented changes using key performance indicators and adhering to data security policies.
What they're looking for
- Minimum 2 years working in a statistics or analytical role
- Great communicator able to translate business requirements
- Exceptional data visualisation skills using PowerBI or Tableau
- Ability to present complex information simply
Qualifications
- Data/BI Analyst certification or equivalent experience
- PowerBI certification or equivalent experience
