Business Change Specialist
The Business Change Specialist helps teams successfully adopt new ways of working and implement change initiatives. Working in a fast-paced environment, they partner with project teams and stakeholders to gather insights, manage engagement, and track change impacts using digital tools. The role acts as a bridge between projects and business users to ensure new processes and systems are understood and embedded effectively. Ultimately, the position supports organisational transformation and helps deliver improved outcomes for colleagues and customers.
