Business Service Officer
As a Business Services Officer, you will provide administrative support to local Family Court Advisers and Service Managers to help manage and progress cases effectively. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring case progression, receiving court referrals, updating the case management system, sending information packs, and dealing with enquiries. You will also meet and greet visitors and service users while working closely with social workers and team colleagues in the Birmingham office. You will benefit from flexible working options, including some remote working combined with regular office attendance.

Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in business administration (e.g. NVQ2)
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Irish, Commonwealth, EU, EUSS, and Turkish nationals with the right to work.
