Case Administrators play a vital support role in probation teams by helping to keep the public safe and giving individuals a chance to turn their lives around. You will ensure that administrative processes run efficiently, maintain computer systems properly, and prepare probation information for case files. Working in a busy environment, you will use strong communication skills to handle enquiries from colleagues, partner agencies, and people on probation.
