Case Administrator - Greater Manchester
Case administrators play a vital support role in probation teams, helping to keep the public safe and giving people the chance to turn their lives around. You will handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies, and people on probation in a busy environment while ensuring that all processes run efficiently. Your day-to-day duties include maintaining systems properly and collating and preparing probation information for case files. You will work within probation delivery units, courts, prisons, or approved premises as part of a supportive team that shares knowledge and expertise.
