Case administrators play a vital support role within the Probation Service, helping to keep the public safe and giving individuals the chance to turn their lives around. You will work within probation teams to ensure processes run efficiently, systems are maintained properly, and probation information is collated and prepared for case files. In this busy environment, you will use strong communication skills to handle enquiries from colleagues, agencies, and people on probation. The role operates across a variety of settings such as probation units, courts, prisons, and approved premises.
