Chief Financial Officer (CFO), PackUK
As the Chief Financial Officer for PackUK within the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, you will lead the financial strategy and commercial oversight for a new national organisation managing packaging reforms. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, Ministers, the Board, and senior leaders across the four nations of the UK to ensure robust financial governance, fee collection, and local authority payments. Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing financial systems, steering commercial delivery partner arrangements, and building a high-performing finance function. This role is central to driving sustainable economic growth and supporting the UK's net zero ambitions through transparent financial stewardship.

Qualifications
- CCAB or CIMA qualified accountant (or equivalent)
- Current membership of a recognised professional body
