Co-Head of Policy Team
You will serve as Co-Head of the Policy Team at the UK Debt Management Office, sharing leadership of a small team of expert advisors. Your day-to-day work involves developing robust, evidence-based advice for HM Treasury on the government's wholesale debt and cash management policy. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the Financing Strategy area and engage with HM Treasury, public authorities, and financial market participants. The role combines public policy and financial markets to shape how the UK raises finance and manages its cash position.

Selection process
First stage interviews begin week commencing 2 November 2026. Includes a written exercise and formal panel interview.
