Community Payback Placement Coordinator - Widnes
As a Community Payback placement coordinator, you will establish and maintain working relationships with local authorities, charities, and other stakeholders to secure sufficient unpaid work placements. You will support the Community Payback manager to ensure all placements meet policy objectives, comply with legislation, and help people on probation build skills for employment. You will work with a range of voluntary and statutory organisations while also managing project risk assessments and weekend rotas. This high-profile role helps carry out court sentences effectively and makes local communities better.
