Community Payback Supervisor - Caernarfon / Colwyn Bay (Wales)
You will directly supervise teams of people completing unpaid work sentences as part of community payback projects, helping them gain skills and rebuild their futures. You will lead practical, hands-on activities such as landscaping, painting, and maintenance while driving service vehicles to transport teams and equipment. You will work closely with internal departments, partner organisations, and beneficiaries to ensure tasks are completed safely and accurately. This is an active, outdoor and indoor role designed to deliver visible improvements to local communities and reduce reoffending.

Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
