Community Payback Supervisor - Greater Manchester - Outcome in a Day
This role involves directly supervising work groups of individuals on probation serving community sentences, leading them through various practical tasks and projects that benefit local communities. The post holder manages discipline and good behaviour on site, drives service vehicles to transport people and equipment, and works alongside participants to demonstrate good practice and support their rehabilitation. Team members operate in an active, hands-on environment requiring regular weekend working and a flexible approach to daily routines.
