Community Payback Supervisor - South Liverpool
This is an operational role directly supervising small groups of people serving community sentences while they complete unpaid work placements. You will lead, motivate, and work alongside service users to carry out hands-on tasks such as clearing overgrowth, painting, gardening, and general maintenance to improve local communities. You will also drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment to various project sites. The role involves working with a diverse mix of individuals in a fast-paced environment and requires regular weekend work.
