Correspondence Manager
You will manage a small team handling correspondence, complaints, data requests, and enquiries from members of parliament for the Security Industry Authority. Your day-to-day work involves taking ownership of complex escalations, making sound decisions, and helping to maintain compliance with legislation. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the organisation and build relationships with senior stakeholders. The role is part of a team preparing for new responsibilities under Martyn's Law to improve protective security at premises across the UK.

Selection process
Sift starts 17th October. Interviews held week commencing 26th October in person.
