Data Administrator (Guidance & Education System)
You will work as a Data Administrator for the Guidance and Education Systems service at the Money and Pensions Service, helping to scale a national programme that improves financial futures. Your day-to-day work involves maintaining accurate organisation and partner records in customer relationship management systems, conducting data quality checks, and supporting monthly key performance indicator reporting. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across operations, portfolio and planning, design and development, and relationships to streamline data flows and improve management information. This role gives you the opportunity to build reliable data foundations that enable teams to make informed decisions and deliver a great experience for partners.

- Experience maintaining accurate data in a CRM or business system
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools
- Experience in data cleansing, record management or quality assurance
- Well organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
