Delivery Manager
Delivery Managers help administer justice by managing day-to-day operations and leading teams within HM Courts and Tribunals Service National Services. They ensure compliance, support performance, and build effective relationships with stakeholders including the judiciary. The role involves managing staff attendance, training, and resources while driving a customer-focused service. Postholders are based in an office with regular travel required to multiple locations.
