DEMA Radiation Hazards Engineer
You will work as a Radiation Hazards Engineer within the Defence Electromagnetic Authority, protecting military systems and personnel from radio frequency hazards. Your day involves conducting hands-on equipment trials, analysing complex field data, and writing authoritative technical reports to ensure compliance with UK statute law. You will receive structured training and daily mentorship from a team leader while working alongside a small specialist team. The role requires extensive travel and carrying heavy equipment across rugged terrain to test military assets in real operational environments.
