Deputy Head Programme Manager
You will lead the development, procurement, and implementation of major accommodation repair and maintenance contracts for the Defence Housing Service. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams across commercial, technical, and assurance functions, you will drive innovative and sustainable operating models to improve homes for Armed Forces personnel. You will manage complex portfolios, engage with external suppliers, and provide strategic advice to executive stakeholders. This role ensures a smooth transition of housing services while placing the user experience firmly at the heart of future contract design.
