DIO RD Central Senior Facilities Manager
The Senior Facilities Manager oversees hard and soft facilities management services across multiple military establishments and satellite sites. You will lead and support a team of facility managers while collaborating with industry partners to maintain building standards and manage contracts. The role involves monitoring contractor performance, ensuring health and safety compliance, and delivering maintenance and minor works programmes. You will act as the key customer interface, engaging with stakeholders and providing expert infrastructure advice.

Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence
- IWFM, NEBOSH or IOSH qualification or actively working towards one
Nationality requirements
Open to UK nationals, Republic of Ireland, Commonwealth, EU/EEA/Swiss nationals with EUSS status, and Turkish nationals.
Selection process
Interviews will be held at MoD Donnington during the week commencing 26th October, 2026, conducted face to face.
