Dosemeter Logistics Administrator (Bank)
The post holder provides administrative support for a specialised personal dosimetry service by managing the reception and dispatch of radiation dosemeters. Responsibilities include accurately packing customer orders, handling delivery enquiries, and maintaining records using a bespoke database and standard operating procedures. The role involves working closely with scientific staff, laboratories, and customer services to ensure orders meet tight regulatory deadlines. Additionally, the individual assists with routine quality assurance and responds to customer queries by phone and email.

- GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent administration experience
- Knowledge of good customer care and experience in customer service
- Experience working in an administrative environment with computerised systems
- Experience of office-based database entry work with high accuracy
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
