End User Computing Engineer
You will provide hands-on technical support and help maintain secure and reliable information technology services within the Department for Transport. Your day-to-day work involves troubleshooting technical issues, deploying new digital tools, and resolving complex incidents while collaborating with colleagues and specialist teams. You will ensure staff have the digital equipment and support they need to work effectively and securely. This role is essential for keeping the organisation's technology infrastructure running smoothly.

- Experience with Mobile Device Management tools like Microsoft Intune
- IT event management including monitoring and resolving alerts
- End user computing support for Windows devices and Microsoft 365
- Software packaging, application deployment and lifecycle management
Nationality requirements
Open to UK, Commonwealth, EU, Swiss, Norwegian, Icelandic, Liechtenstein, and Turkish nationals with appropriate rights or settled status.
