Engagement Business Lead
As an Engagement Business Lead at The Pensions Regulator, you will lead our stakeholder engagement function and shape how we connect with the pensions industry during a time of significant reform. You will collaborate closely with marketing, communications, public affairs, and insight colleagues to build strong relationships and ensure stakeholder perspectives inform key decisions. Managing a specialist team, you will develop engagement strategies that support corporate goals and help protect pension savers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building partnerships, leading people through change, and using evidence to drive positive outcomes.
