Environmental Impact Assessor
You will lead the delivery of environmental impact assessments and provide authoritative scientific advice to inform decision-making at high levels of Defence and Government. Working within a specialist team, you will ensure operations involving hazardous, explosive, or chemical materials achieve objectives while managing environmental risks. You will act as a recognised environmental specialist, providing technical oversight, developing capability, and supporting the professional development of colleagues. Close collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary experts will ensure the environmental impact capability remains effective and responsive.

Qualifications
- Degree in environmental science, Ecology, Earth Sciences, or similar
Nationality requirements
Open to UK nationals only. This job is not open to candidates who hold a dual nationality.
Selection process
Sifting takes place week commencing 2nd November with face-to-face interviews held at Dstl Porton Down from week commencing 16th November.
