Executive Support Apprentice
You will provide administrative support to senior leaders within the External Affairs and Communications Private Office. Your day involves managing diaries, scheduling meetings, arranging domestic and international travel, and maintaining the team SharePoint site. You will work alongside private secretaries and deputy directors to help ensure the office runs smoothly. This role is an apprenticeship designed to help you develop professional skills in a central government directorate.

Qualifications
- Minimum of two GCSE passes at Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
Nationality requirements
You must have lived in the UK and/or EU for 3 consecutive years prior to the apprenticeship start date and have the right to work in the UK.
Selection process
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 9th November 2026 at the Swindon office.
