Future Supplier Partnerships Engagement Lead
The Future Supplier Partnerships Engagement Lead works within the Learning Infrastructure Team to help implement a new operating model for learning services across the Civil Service. The role involves developing market engagement strategies, building networks with training providers, and collaborating with commercial colleagues and government departments. Day to day, the post-holder manages operational engagement activities, analyses market intelligence, and contributes to business cases to support the commercial strategy. They work closely with colleagues across government skills functions, commercial teams, and external stakeholders to ensure future training requirements align with market offerings.

- Experience in a market-facing role with regular stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of public sector commercial practice including social value
- Experience working with training providers or designing delivery models
- Strategic thinking skills to interpret market intelligence and trends
- Strong communication and organisational skills for complex schedules
