Head of Corporate Service
The Head of Corporate Services provides strategic direction, oversight, and assurance across a broad corporate services portfolio for the North West Probation Service. The postholder acts as regional lead for areas including workforce, estates and facilities management, risk, and health and safety. They work closely with the Regional Probation Director, senior leaders, and operational teams to ensure effective, consistent, and responsive support. The role requires leading through change, strengthening governance, and contributing to the continued development of regional corporate services.
