Head of Operational Finance
You will lead the operational finance team at FCDO Services, driving the financial strategy to support national security and international projects. Working with senior leadership and the executive board, you will refine budgeting processes and ensure compliance with the National Audit Office. You will manage a team of finance professionals and collaborate with operational directors to deliver financial targets. The role is based at Hanslope Park with hybrid working options available.

- Qualified chartered accountant or demonstrable equivalent QBE
- Experience leading a finance function for a large complex organisation
- Ability to engage and influence at Executive Board level
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and systems
- Proven experience building partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
