Head Of Strategy
The Head of Strategy at Ofgem defines how the energy sector tackles the cost of transitioning to a secure and lower-carbon energy system. You will lead ambitious strategic work, such as the Cost Allocation and Recovery Review, exploring how energy pricing evolves alongside investment and consumer flexibility. Leading a small, flexible team, you will establish strategic direction across complex issues and work closely with senior leaders, government, industry, and consumer stakeholders. The role offers an opportunity to shape thinking on future energy pricing while supporting Net Zero and consumer protection.
