HMP Swansea - Managing Chaplain
This is a non-operational management role providing leadership and facilitating religious and pastoral care for prisoners and staff. The successful candidate will lead and manage a multi-faith and belief chaplaincy team, ensuring effective administration and adherence to national policy. They will provide pastoral care, arrange worship and meditation, and work closely with colleagues on safety, resettlement, and community support. The role also involves managing budgets, developing local procedures, and building relationships with support and volunteer groups.
