HMYOI Wetherby - C: Anglican Ordained Priest - Part Time
The job holder provides faith and belief and pastoral care to prisoners and staff as part of a multi-faith chaplaincy team. You will plan and lead worship, provide spiritual guidance, and support offenders to aid their resettlement. The role also involves working collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, and local faith communities to deliver pastoral care and crisis support. You will maintain administrative records and help coordinate faith-based events within the establishment.

- Ordained member of the Anglican Communion with valid Holy Orders
- Formal licence and endorsement from the Diocesan Bishop
- Demonstrable knowledge of Anglican theology and religious practice
- Able to communicate confidently in spoken and written English
Qualifications
- Ordained Bishop, Priest or Deacon
- Licence of the Diocesan Bishop
- Diocesan DBS clearance and safeguarding training
