Investment Security Adviser
This role combines policy development and operational delivery within the Investment Security Unit, focusing on screening acquisitions and investments into UK companies to protect national security. The postholder will manage active investigations, conduct due diligence, collaborate with cross-government and international partners, and produce high-quality written and oral advice for senior officials and Ministers. Working closely with policy and legal advisors, the adviser identifies risks and supports ministerial decision-making on real-world economic security issues.
