Lead Delivery Manager
Lead Delivery Managers are accountable for the effective delivery of groups of products and are responsible for the recruitment and performance management of delivery managers within their area. They define and implement standards and processes for delivery while remaining hands-on to support high-priority product development and agile transformations. Working within the Ministry of Justice, they collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, senior leaders, stakeholders, and third-party suppliers to drive continuous improvement and cultural change. This high-impact role combines strategic leadership with practical oversight to build self-organising, high-performing teams that deliver sustainable services.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
