Lead Engineer
The Lead Engineer drives technical delivery and provides hands-on software development and technical leadership for Home Office applications. They lead agile multidisciplinary teams of engineers, manage workloads, and ensure compliance with engineering standards. The role involves working closely with architects and senior stakeholders to shape strategic direction and support the growth of the engineering profession. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching team members, supporting professional development, and maintaining engineering health.

Nationality requirements

Selection process
Sift starts from 20/10/2026. In-person interviews will be held from 04 November 2026 and include a presentation followed by technical questions.
