Lead Product Manager
You will lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products and services that improve user experiences and support the Department for Transport's digital transformation. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders, you will set product roadmaps and use data and user research to guide investment and strategic decisions. You will also coach and mentor product managers while helping to build internal product capability across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced product leader to shape impactful digital services at scale.

- Managing or overseeing multiple products or portfolios simultaneously
- Building relationships with and influencing senior stakeholders
- Using user research, data and insight to shape product decisions
- Coaching, mentoring or leading Product Managers
Qualifications
- Certified scrum product owner (CSPO)
- Working as a product owner in agile teams (gov campus)
- APMG Agile Project Management foundation and practitioner

Selection process
