Minor New Works Delivery Manager
The Minor New Works Delivery Manager oversees and manages the delivery of minor new works and estate improvements across the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory. You will work alongside a small team to ensure best value, quality, and compliance with statutory obligations across all infrastructure projects. The role involves proactive engagement with multiple internal and external stakeholders to support the Estates Contract Management Team in delivering service contracts. You will take a systemic view across estates activities to help others achieve and maintain the highest levels of project delivery.

- Understanding of real estate and statutory requirements
Qualifications
- A Project Management qualification
- Government Commercial Function, Contract Management Foundation Level
