You will protect the technology powering ground-breaking discoveries by identifying real-world risks and uncovering security vulnerabilities. Working alongside leading engineers, researchers, and technologists, you will conduct penetration tests, red team exercises, and threat hunting across the UKRI estate. You will also manage external penetration testing contracts and provide proactive advice on effective remediation strategies. This is a vital role in safeguarding the future of global research and ensuring scientific excellence continues securely.
