Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (East Midlands)
As an operational support team member, you will perform varied physical tasks to help keep the prison moving safely and efficiently. Your daily duties will include managing gate security, operating control rooms, monitoring CCTV, supervising visits, handling mail, and conducting patrols. You will work within a supportive team environment while also undertaking periods of lone working on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, and weekends. This is an active role involving lifting, carrying, and long periods of standing and walking.
