Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (South East )
This operational support role involves carrying out varied physical tasks and security duties to keep prison establishments running safely and smoothly. Daily activities include managing gate security, monitoring CCTV, processing arrivals, patrolling perimeter fences, and delivering supplies across the site. The jobholder will work as part of a supportive prison team on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, and weekends. Candidates should expect active physical work, including lifting, carrying, and periods of lone working.
