Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (South/South Central)
As an Operational Support Grade team member, you will perform a variety of physical and security tasks to keep the prison running safely and smoothly. Your day-to-day duties include managing gate security, monitoring CCTV, processing mail and property, escorting visitors or contractors, and delivering food trollies. You will work within a supportive team environment, often completing active physical tasks that involve long periods of standing and walking. This role operates on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
