Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (South West)
As an Operational Support Grade team member, you will help keep prisons running smoothly, safely, and securely through a variety of daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing gate security, operating control rooms and CCTV, monitoring correspondence, and supervising prisoner movements and deliveries. You will work within a supportive team environment while also completing occasional periods of lone working on a rolling shift pattern. This is an active role involving physical tasks, standing, walking, and maintaining security protocols across the prison site.
