Operational Support Grade - Advance Into Justice (West Midlands)
As an operational support team member, you will perform active, physical tasks to help keep the prison running smoothly and safely. Your day-to-day duties include managing secure entry at gates, operating control rooms, monitoring CCTV, processing mail and prisoner property, and conducting patrols. You will work alongside a supportive team while also experiencing periods of lone working on rolling shift patterns that include nights, evenings, and weekends.
