Operational Support Grade - HMP Eastwood Park
As an operational support grade team member, you will perform a variety of physical and security tasks to help keep the prison running safely and smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include managing gate security, monitoring CCTV in the control room, welcoming visitors, processing mail, and supervising prisoner movement and food delivery. You will work within a supportive team environment on a rolling shift pattern that includes nights, evenings, and weekends. Full training is provided to ensure you can confidently handle security protocols, incidents, and daily establishment operations.
