Paralegal Caseworker
You will work as a Paralegal Caseworker within the Office of the Public Guardian, managing a varied caseload and preparing cases for the Court of Protection. Day to day, you will review cases, draft legal documents, interact with clients, and support lawyers to ensure timely action and prevent abuse. You will collaborate closely with legal teams, operational staff, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced legal environment. The role involves maintaining accurate case management systems, handling sensitive information, and contributing to continuous service improvement.
